I’m Heather
Founder & Principal Consultant
Heather Morris brings a wealth of global experience and a deep passion for people to RISE HR Solutions. Born in Canada and having lived abroad during her childhood, Heather developed a profound appreciation for diverse cultures and communities.
Throughout her career, Heather has engaged with a multitude of industries, including restaurants, finance, non-profits, consumer goods, entertainment, tourism, and education. This diverse background has honed her ability to connect with people and understand the unique challenges that unique businesses face.
Recognizing her aptitude for human resources management, Heather committed herself fully to the field. Heather is known for her empathetic listening, practical problem-solving, and delivering solutions that yield tangible results.
Heather holds a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation and a Commerce degree from Royal Roads University. She is committed to continuous professional development to ensure she brings modern and best practices to every client engagement.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Heather values authenticity and positivity. She believes in enjoying the journey and brings a smile to every interaction
Rise HR Solutions is based in Black Creek, British Columbia, in the traditional and unceded territories of the K’ómoks and neighbouring First Nations. I am grateful to live and work on these lands and acknowledge the enduring relationships Indigenous peoples have with the lands, water, and communities of this region.
